If you are out of work or underemployed, the Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre can provide the tools and teach you the skills you need to stand out from other job seekers. We will take the time to learn about your needs, strengths and abilities, and help you to find and keep a job suited to your education, skills and work experience.

We offer a variety of services to job-seekers, including:

We have been successfully helping people find employment since 1983 and have been ISO registered since 2004.
Also, we have received the Minister's Award of Excellence three years in a row - bronze in 2002, silver in 2003 and gold in 2004.
