Step 10: Evaluating the Interview
Take some time immediately after the interview to reflect while things are still fresh in your mind. Use the following form to evaluate your performance during the interview.

- Brought my interview package including résumés, cover letters, references and other documentation
- Arrived on time / early
- Friendly with everyone I met
- Remembered to smile upon entering the interview room
- Introduced myself to interviewer(s) and shook hands
- Answered questions briefly, but completely
- Used short stories and the P-A-R method to answer behavioural questions
- Maintained eye contact, appropriate body language and voice tone throughout the interview
- Mentioned who referred me, or how I found out about the position
- Outlined my skills and qualifications effectively
- Asked questions of the interviewer
- Discussed opportunity for follow-up
- Thanked the interviewer(s) for their time
- Made a positive comment before I left
