The solution is CANADA-ONTARIO JOB GRANT - Direct Financial Support for Businesses that Invest in Training for Their Workforce.

Through this grant you can receive 2/3 of the cost to train your incumbent employees (up to $10,000 per employee). Employers with fewer than fifty employees may be eligible to receive up to 5/6 of the training cost. New Employers can access up to $15,000 for New Hires.
